I've been absolutely pulling my hair out over this trying to get the CLUA console to activate by changing the baldur's gate ini file in the normal location but nothing seemed to work. After a bit of googling I've found that the Baldur's Gate Ini file is actually located in the following location when installed on Windows 7.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\BaldursGateTutu
