I now have an image of the halfling priestess Jillian sneaking off to have a cigarette under the Delryn window.

Who's Jillian? :o
Some mod character or other, than I happened to miss/forget about?
(don't hit me!)

She's one of the priests hanging around the Temple district in BG2. A very minor character from the stock game.

And Elof, thanks for the support. I'll take care of the TOB part of the story eventually. Swear!

I'm going to pitch in with some support for the mod as well.

I've been suffering (in a nice way) from a re-kindled addiction to Baldur's Gate the last few weeks and had planned out a trilogy game. BG1: Romance Dynaheir, BG2: Romance Nalia, ToB: Continue with Nalia (to hopefully a happily ever after ending). You can imagine I got a little dispirited when I realised Nalia ToB wasn't done yet (this after I'd spent 3 weeks going through every last little bit of BG1), and even more so at the lack of news here... still, that's no reason not to play the SoA part, so on I've been slogging (in a nice way) towards destiny!

I was going to ask about progress, but seeing a Thank You thread has me go for the support post instead.

If work is on-going still, keep it up! If work has stopped, start it up again! This is a great mod that deserves to see itself through to the conclusion of the Trilogy, which is where I'm sure we all want to see it too... and it would be nice to finish my game. :)

Or even less than subtle hints  ;).

I also would to endorse the sentiment in this thread, both the joy of the mod and the subtle hints as to TOB developments. ;)

Yeah, but Anomen's got neighbours, you know. And someone always leaves the TV on, or smokes just underneath your windows. Whereas in the castle, it's just the servants, and you can always execute them find some other.

Well, Anomen will get his dad's place someday. It's nice, if not palatial.

Hey, that was my line!

(Loved the romance, too, by the way. But it just occurred to me that it's unfair to us female players: a castle should come with a prince, not a girl!)

Hi,

this is just to say I'm very glad the de'Arnise Romance mod exists. Nalia's always been one my favorite BG2 characters from her first appearance and I had waited a long time for this mod, but gave up on it three years ago. About three weeks ago, I noticed - to my utter surprise - that it was released more than two years ago, and it lead me to start up the BG series again. It will be some time to get there since I'm playing a heavily modded BGT game, but I'm already looking forward to meeting Nalia again. Expect one or the other comment ;)

And just for the record: I'd appreciate ToB content very much.
