If you're using EasyTutu, you'll most likely be just fine.  If you are using conventional Tutu, you're taking a big risk by not starting with an absolutely clean installation.

Hello,

do I need a 'clean' version of BGII ToB to install Tutu? Or can I run tutu from an installation with: Fixpacks, Tweaks and an unistalled flirtpack?
