In any case, the link in the post above doesn't work.

I'd recommend against using .7z for translations, because unlike .zip or .rar it's not common format(I'm not ashamed to say that, being computer-literate and a programmer, I do not know how to use it), and because, however trite it sounds, using common format is a sign of respect - you don't want the recipient to spend hours trying to extract information from your letter. Or so it seems to me.

Doesn't Winrar work with .7z files too?

Hello!

I'll be happy to include the translation as soon as possible, but I need to unpack it. I don't know how to work with .7z files. Please, e-mail me(the address is the same, look at the second post in this topic) with a .zip or a .rar file.

Toran has translated Assassinations into German.
Here you get the translation:

Hello, welcome to PPG.

It is very simple. Go to BG2 directory->Assassinations->English and copy Assassinations.tra and Setup-Assassinations.tra for yourself(you can create "German" directory and copy them there). Now open them with Notepad. For example, Assassinations.tra:

@0    = ~Wait... oh. Some lady asked me to pass this note along to you. Still sealed, as you see.~
- All you have to do is replace
@0    = ~English text~
with
@0    = ~German text~

I'd like to try and translate this mod into German, but I'm not too sure how to go about it. Do I get the texts from the game, or from the file, or something?
Sorry, not a modder, so I don't understand too much of it.

Sorry to necro this one, but I'd be willing to thrash out a translation of this mod into French, since there isn't one already...

As regards French voice acting, though... sorry, but even despite having lived there for most of 2007 I still sound like an English person who is speaking French.

Got the Spanish translation, and - if anyone else's got anything ready, or close, please, PM or e-mail me, so we include it into the next update. I can wait a week or two.

Cool. :) E-mail me at kulyok
(at yandex.ru), when it's finished - I'll be happy to include it in the mod at once.
