Unless you changed it yourself, it should be in a folder called Program Files. There you'll find another folder called Black Isle, and yet another folder called BGII - SoA.
Make sure you have the latest version of the mod. When you download it, put it straight into the BGII - SoA folder, then unzip it in there. Do NOT create a new folder to put the files in; leave them as they are. You should, all being well, now have the Setup-DungeonBeGone file in the BGII - SoA folder.
Double-click that file and report what happens.
I think Kulyok's answer might be a bit out of date, as the latest release of Dungeon-Be-Gone doesn't actually ask you to choose a directory; it just expects to be placed there when it is run. If it isn't, it doesn't work.
