If you ever change your mind, there are very simple tutorials available. "Writing in .d for beginners" should be easy enough.

And, naturally, if you don't mind sharing links to your stories, please, do share.

Thank you for the welcome. Lynn is my middle name, not very imaginative but easy to remember! I have not  yet tried Assassinations as I have a really hard time playing less then good. Every time I try to play "evil" or even "selfish" and "mean" I feel guilty.

Again, I am in awe of the modding and writing you and the others do. Every once in a while I am tempted to learn a toolset but I have enough difficulty trying edit and write my novelets I have in my cue!

Thank you, and welcome to PPG. :) By the way, I see "Lynn" in your name - have you tried Assassinations?

I'm flattered every time I read a new comment in this thread. Thank you all.

Hi,

I've been meaning to thank you for all of your work on this mod for a long time but I guess lurking habits are hard to break. I loved your Xan modules so much that when I found out that you were creating NPCs for Icewind Dale, I went out, tracked down copies to buy and then played it with your NPCs as soon as they were available. I know feedback is important but I am afraid I do not have much other then to tell you how impressed I was and how much I adored every single NPC you wrote. I am not one who lets multiple romances run (I just can't seem to take pleasure in the fighting and tend to shut one down in favor of the one I intend to play.) but in this case, I just could not decide! They were both so good.

Again thank you for all of your modding efforts. They really are appreciated. You make it look so easy even though it is not!

Yes, those other NPC mods are great too, just like this one. Especially IWD 1 and 2 needed something like that. The effect of this beautiful mod can't be overestimated, it simply is like a new (and much, MUCH better) game.

Thank you both. :) Glad you're enjoying the mod. (I can't help recommending IWD2 NPCs and BG1 NPCs from http://gibberlings3.net here).

This mod has made me want to play iwd again. The first time I played, I got bored and quit after a while.

Exactly my experience as well. With this mod, I'm really enjoying IWD. Thanks for adding to the game what should have been there in the first place.

This mod has made me want to play iwd again. The first time I played, I got bored and quit after a while. Now I'm really looking forward to a full adventure. Thank you for your hard work. Please continue to make more great mods of IWD and other games.

After plyingthis mod, I am quite impressed. The storyline with the companions is really well-done---and I would say that even if I didn't voice a character.  ;D

It really was a pleasure to be a part of this mod.

You have every right to feel proud!

Thank you. I had terrific voice actors and one great artist, too. :)
