I would think so, yes.

'Improved kick-out dialogues' is a component of the BG2 Tweak Pack mod - with it installed, you'll get the option to tell Arkanis et al. to meet you at the FAI. IIRC.
Sounds like more of an exploit than the original ever was.  Do you get to pinch their equipment with that too?

as an aside, the absence of dialogues for the candlekeep npcs is not really a drawback considering how little dialogue most of the joinable bg1 npcs had, and recognizing that the dialogues that were included were pretty atrocious.

True, but it's a very different story if you play with the BG1NPC Project installed.

fai no doubt = Frendly Arms Inn, but the rest of the above went right over my head.  "improved multi-player kick-out dialogues"?

This exploit might be closed now in EasyTutu; better check Macready's logs :)

the old exploit does not work.

recreating the various characters via gatekeeper and multi-player would be a viable option if not for my natural laziness.

multi-ployer
Poor jaheira, facing so many Barons at a time  :(

ROFL ;D

My initial thought was, why would anyone want Baron Ployer as an NPC, let alone multiple Ployers. :D

Good gods, I wrote that, didn't I?  :o

I'd edit it, but it's funnier as it stands.

There is a way, or was in the original BG1 at least, but it involves a rather difficult exploit.  But as noted, they make for a rather boring party, since they don't talk.  Look it up in Dan Simpson's BG walkthrough if you want.

They don't have any NPC dialogue, so you might as well just use their portraits for multi-ployer NPCs.

question:  is there any way to make those candlekeep npcs joiable after you leave ode's(sp?) house?  i can use the console to make them appear, but i cannot initiate dialogue with them.

thanks in advance.
