Alternatively, you can save the .html directly to your HD, (no images, so it's self-contained) depends on what floats your boat I guess.

Just thought I'd add for those following Gorilym's link: I. Rahn Maeden hasn't had the time to make a full-on PDF (the .ZIP file is a text document), but OS X users should be able to go to the HTML version, Print and Save As a PDF.  If you do it that way, you'll get the easier-to-read outline formatting, and can keep it on your own drive.
