ATTENTION: Ascension64 has kindly released a Mod compatible with both TuTu and BGT-WeiDU which aims to restore the beautiful music during the prologue narration which is lost when playing ordinary TuTu/BGT WeiDu. A *must-have* for people who enjoyed the evocative music of BG! L

Where can I get this?

So true, Galilee.  I'm struggling to keep the bugs entering my study and harrassing the light, let alone crushing them all in a mod!  At least not all bugs spoil the fun.

Ah okay. It's good that there is still much development. I just tought you were waiting for something to be 100% bug free which I'm afraid won't happen. :)

Galilee,

hello to you...Well...A Mod often comes out in new versions that supposedly fix always something or introduce some nice improvements. I do believe that there will be at least four Mods that will raise the bar much higher for people that would want a great Baldur's Gate.

Baldur's Gate Trilogy WeiDu has a great potential. TuTu is now lagging a bit behind with the development but has big margin of improvements (if japh comes back...).

There will be G3's BG2 Fixpack which will make Baldurdash obsolete and will probably make the new platforms for Mod develoeprs. After this pack, I do have faith in the release of another Mod of the same importance which I look forward maybe most: BG1 Fixpack (it's mostly Idobek's doing so far...).

There will be BG1 Unfinished Business which promises very interesting additions and aigleborgne's Enhanced Creatures at Black Wyrm Lair which will become a must have for serious TuTu players...

SimDing0 will also some day release Virtue for TuTu and that will be a great day too...

As you can see, I have not one but many reasons to postpone playing. It's not that I lack other games in the meantime...To all the developers, a big hug!   ;)

I just always play other music when playing games. Became a habit after GTA: Vice City.

And Salk. A mod stays a mod mate. You can wait forever, but I've never seen a mod which became perfect. (Well NPC mods and the like, but big projects like this are just so massive.)

Balathustrius,

thanks for your tip. I just believe that it shouldn't be that hard to have TuTu play the music without making the player ALT+TAB out to start it on Media Player or anything like that...It spoils pretty much the game...I just don't like to go over problem using the CLUA Console methods or to use ALT TAB...

If a Mod, to work properly, needs me doing such things, then I'd rather stick to the original unmodded game untill such problems are taken care of...  ;)

Heh, I alt-tab out of the game and play the prologue/dream/chapter-turning music files in Windows Media Player, then hop back to the game and listen.  It actually works pretty well.   :D

It's a thought, anyway.

Jeah, merry christmas to you all.

And I've got my v6/v16b build up and running. (With 2 faulty try-outs, but what the hell I made it :P .)

I've never fiddled with music in Tutu, and anyway, most of the Fipack stuff is Ghrey/Sim/Japh and not I.

Merry Christmas to you, too. :)

Problem is that SimDing0 and Ghreyfain didnt post on the TuTuboard for some days and that worries me...

Not posting doesn't mean people aren't reading the topics. ;) And these things take time to fix, as I'm sure you know. :)

Yes, of course Andyr!! Absolutely!  ;D It's just that I used to read Ghreyfain's voice on TuTu very often when it comes about support or comments and it's been some days without him around. What can I say ? I miss him as much as the real Santa!  :pirate

P.S. Your insight about the music problem ?  8)

P.P.S. Merry Xmas to  you, Andyr!  ;)
