Do you have Tortured Souls installed? (that mod has been the cause for similar problems for me)

I have a problem that I cant figure out.  Its happened in 2 different games now.  Before I even go to the underdark sola appears as a vampire (3 sola's standing right next to each other) and wants to join my party.  He talks about phaere and the mother matron being dead.  If I dont take him he disappears but the other 2 of him stay there and dont do anything.  Any help would be appreciated because I dont want to go to the underdark and have problems.
