Make backups and try it out.  You won't actually get any of the content added by those mods, except a few kits from UB (That's what you mean by U.F.B. right?).

Not sure what the G3 NPC Pack is.  BG1NPC?

I have other mods like flirt pack,dungeon be gone and banter pack, U.F.B and  G3 NPC pack and SaeriNPC mod and was wondering if these will work with TuTu. and  do I need to do a fresh install of BGII and install TuTu first?  Or can i install it on top of these other mods?
