And for the special purpose of editing BG2 and BG1Tutu savegames, use Shadowkeeper from http://www.mud-master.com/shadowkeeper/index.html . The collected wisdom of BG editors in jester's link can be a little overwhelming for a newcomer... ;)

Thank you very much for replying.

Actually I haven't started playing bg2 yet.   :P

besides, where can I download an editor? I think it should be an editor for bg2, rather than bg1, right?

Just remember that he gets Two-Weapon Style ** for free as a ranger, so don't go reassigning his Two-Weapon Style points, thinking, "Oh, he could have used those points better here."

And, yes, he had Mace proficiency because that's what he has in BG2.

In the case of Minsc I think changes were made to reflect his proficiencies in BGII.

If you want to change him, you could use an editor such as Shadowkeeper or Near Infinity to edit the proficiencies.

First of all I must thank you all for the great efforts to bring tutu to us. Somehow I even feel ashamed when I play bg1 with tutu, knowing that I have contributied nothing to this great work.

Now comes my question. I've just installed the 4th version of tutu and fixpack v5, and I noticed that tutu has modified the attributes of quite a number of npcs. Some changes are just fine, but some are not that good (well. to my personal taste)
For example, minsc now has 3 points in "two weapon style", 2 points in "two handed sword" and another 2 points in "mace".  But I think it will be better if he can save the 2 points in "mace" and use them to enhance his skills with a kind of one handed sword, as there are quite a lot of good long sword and bastard sword in the game, while decent maces are rather rare.

So my question is can I decide the way tutu modify the npcs? I know that tutu has to make some changes due to many differences of character rules between bg1 and bg2, but I just want to customize these changes.

Thanks for reading so much. Not a native speaker of English and thus have to type a lot to make my points clear  ;p
