Not to worry I got it working...another reinstall of BG2 and it shows BG1's intro movie fine after the conversion.

Note to self: Don't install the BETA patch 26499 after the last offical one... :-[

Yes...full install on both BG1 and BG2
The movies folder is in the BG directory full of large movie-like files

Do you do a full install (using the Custom option) of BG1?  If not, I suspect you won't get the movies, or most of the game.

Hi,

I just started trying to use this mod and I have a question for those in the know...

Are Baldurs Gate's movies suppose to play? I ask cause when I start the game (using the BG2 shortcut) I get the BG2 intro.
The game runs fine with the mod (at least I can create a character and start the game's first area without any problems) and there doesn't seem to be anything in the log file to suggest there was a problem...

I installed as follows:

BG1 + TotSC + Offical Patch + Baldurdash Text Patch + Baldurdash Fix Pack
BG2 + ToB + Offical Patch
Ran the convert program...runs OK
Installed FixPack v4 for BG1Tutu

I later plan to install the Banter Pack (v6) and the G3 Tweaks
