No, there are no such mods out there. The only option is using the Helm of Opposite Allignment, but that offers an allgnment change only, and won't affect any dialogues and interaction with that NPC.

I had TDD installed at one time and iirc there was a scroll of 'conversion' which was supposed to do that, change alignment. However I was never able to get it to work at all in my game.  <_<

You don't need a mod.  There's the Helm of opposite alignment item, or just edit the alignments directly in Shadowkeeper.  If you don't have Shadowkeeper, you can download it Here

Are there any mods out there that let you turn good npcs evil?  I would love to turn Nalia to lawful evil!
