Shadow Thieves - Chapter 6 messenger not appearing (SPOILERS)

I've installed the mod before starting the game, and I've made sure to install the shadow theif component. I've had no problems at all until now - and I've enjoyed what I've played out. I've got to Chapter 6, and I entered the city a few days back. I immediately got attacked by Githyanki, but even after I succesfully fought them off there's been no sign of any messenger to ask me to join in the raid on the guild. I've run through coming back to the city twice but still no joy.

Could I just use the CLUAConsole to call him (or her)? What is the code?
