Regarding Xan BG2 Voice and MacEasyTutu

I am trying to run down the cause of the character creation CTD bug in MacEasyTutu.  I am appending the weidu log of installed mods on a Mac EasyTutu instance that does not exhibit the CTD upon character creation of fighters et al that has plagued MacEasyTutu in the past.  When I install XanBG2Voice v2 onto the instance, I get the CTD bug.  Other mods cause this as well, but this particular mod seems pretty straightforward, so I have a chance to isolate the culprit. 

I'm looking for advise - is there anything in your install tp2 that writes to files that would be used/looked at during the character creation process? I didn't see anything, but I'm definitely not an expert.  Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.  Sorry about using your Xan for BG2 forum, but I didn't see a forum for the XanBG2Voice mod.

The crash seems to be caused by missing kit descriptions, most likely from a race condition in the executable.  No mod or file is responsible, just bad coding in the program.  Some fellow found that the crash can be avoided by re-installing the game and, before adding any mods, run through creating a character and start a new game.  You can then quit and add the mods you want.

(I hope it's indeed the case, because XanBG2Voice just patches Xan's .cre file - it doesn't do anything else). And, yes, of course, you're welcome to discuss XanBG2Voice here(or on Tutumods forum, if you prefer) - that's what our forums are for.
