I beat the game, but it just shifts to the ending movie and credits. I did not get the individual character endings. Help!

You don't get character epilogues, the way it is in BG2. The engine does not allow that. That's why there various group dialogues in the epilogue(Easthaven): in the tavern, in the tower, with your romance interest - to draw an ending.
