Shilo Chen & NTotSC

I read in this Post that Shilo Chen in NTotSC is disabled...
But if NTotSC is installed, the BG1UB Shilo Chen Component can't be installed, would it not be better to delete the two FORBID_FILE in the tp2?

AFAIK, I was told that the plan for NTotSC was to duplicate the Shilo Chen component, so when that happens (and unless I am mistaken), the duplication shouldn't be installed together.

So the gamer gets the Shilo Chen from BG1UB, if he install NTotSC with BG1UB together. We'll remove this patch when Shilo Chen is enabled in NTotSC again.
