Unfortunately, I can't patch the binary formats without spending more time in the IESDP than in the text editor (and struggling with off-by-ones). As such, I'm going to greatly appreciate having somebody on the team who can maintain both the macro and the soon-to-come function library. As usual, you'll be rewarded with a mention in the WeiDU readme, as well as a 'priority lane' for your requests (and access to the beta of course).
Tasks needed:
- Review macroes (and/or functions) contributed by other people.
- Be on the lookout for useful macroes you might find somewhere, as well as mentions of bugs existing ones might have.
- Implement macroes that are requested in this forum (you obviously have the right to refuse to code a too-complex macro, or ask me to code them in OCaml when TP2 isn't expressive enough).
- Refactor macroes as needed (E.G. prefixing variables to avoid conflicts).
Requirements:
- Experienced in writing and reading file patches.
- Willingness to test your, as well other people's, work.
- Attention to detail.
Pluses:
- Willingness to refactor code (either manually, or by being a Perl god).
- Being able to finish tasks in a reasonable time frame (consider a soft limit of two weeks for 'reasonable' tasks).
- Knowledge of LaTeX and/or willingness to learn bits of it (the documentation is compiled from a LaTeX source).
- Knowing how to use basic *nix tools, in particular diff and patch.
Not needed:
- Knowledge of OCaml.

If you're interested, post here your disponibility. If I don't know you too well, I might require a link to some work of yours showcasing your skills (I don't have the skills to check your work before inclusion, so I need some form of up-front guarantee).

Thanks to all interested people.
