WRITE_ASCII does not recognize variables

WRITE_ASCII 0x30 ~%resource%~
attempts to write %resource% (cutting it off to 8 chars in .eff files) rather than the variable stored inside.

Intentional, use WRITE_EVALUATED_ASCII. (= WRITE_ASCIIE)
