Does anyone know where I can find the custom Kelsey paperdoll because the link on PPG is broken.

Yes, Icelus.net hasn't been available for ages, I'm afraid.

Does anyone have a copy so we could upload it on the site?

Umm... forgive my ignorance, but... what do I do with the PLT? Do I put it in the a certain folder or something? 'Cause when I double-click on it, the computer just says that it can't open it, and asks me to select a program to open it for the computer...

I know... I'm not very technologically inclined  :(

IIRC, you just dump the contents of the .zip file into your game's "override" folder.

Well, the .plt file isn't anything you run manually.  Once the file's been put in the game's override folder, the game will recognize the file and make the appropriate in-game changes.

No, I mean that I put it in the override folder (without trying to run it), but nothing was different when I started the game.
