DLTCEP: error in effect description

  It says on 'Edit effect' page for effect 102: "Gives the targetted creature(s) protection from spells up to the level specified by the 'Spell Level' field" But actually, the effect only gives protection from spells of the specified level, that's it. Hell knows where else I should post it, so I'm posting it here

This is an iesdp problem too, so the best possible forum would have been the g3 iesdp forum.
Or the dltcep forum on dragonlancetc.com
But this forum is still better than leaving a bottle with a piece of paper on the moon, so it is ok.
