Item Upgrade - Lilarcor +5

The effect Immunity to Specific Animation (Resource SPCONFUS.VVC) has its duration set te Instant/Permanent(1), when I believe it should be set to Instant/While Equipped(2).

As a result,  the character wielding Lilarcor +5 ends up with a new one of these effects tagged to their creature file every time they equip it.
